Rinkey Dink Stamps

SCARCE - The 1923 German Transfers are crude drawings based on the W515 strip card set, but printed in reverse so they can be transfered. The transfers are 1.2" by 1.5", printed in red and green, and say MADE IN GERMANY at the bottom of some transfers. There are 13 baseball players in the set, and the sheet also includes boxers.   The 1927 Rinkey Dink Stamps are not stamps at all.  They were handcut from the funnies section of the Sunday newspaper, featured in the heading of the "Winnie Winkle" comic strip. Rinkey Dink Stamps are a small 1.25" by 1.5" when properly cut and the back is unrelated.  They are found in color or B&W. There are 10 players known in the set, all Hall of Famers.
