Armour Hot Dog

Coins

Armour Hot Dogs issued plastic coins in their packages of hot dogs beginning in 1955, and then again in 1959 and 1960.  The front of the 1.5" coins have a raised profile along with the players name and team. The back has the players name and some stats along with the year.  There are variations in the design of some coins. There are also many different colors of plastic with some unusual colors being quite scarce. The 1955 set is complete at 24 different players (not including variations). The 1959 set is complete at 20 different players. The 1960 set is complete at 20 different players.
